LEASING GUARANTEE
If a tenant we place into your rental property breaks their lease for any reason, we will place another qualified tenant into your property at no additional charge.
TENANT DAMAGE GUARANTEE
If a tenant we placed causes damage to your property in excess of the Security Deposit, we will make the repairs up to $5,000 at no cost to you.
PET DAMAGE GUARANTEE
We cover up to $3,000 in damage above the Security Deposit to your property that is caused by a pet we approved at your rental.
EVICTION GUARANTEE
If a tenant we placed has to be evicted, we will handle the cost of eviction up to $7,000.
MAINTENANCE GUARANTEE
Maintenance performed by our vendors is guaranteed for workmanship for one year.
MALICIOUS DAMAGE GUARANTEE
You will be covered for any Malicious Damage to your building and/or contents up to $50,000.

If you are not satisfied with our services, and we can’t make it right for you, you can cancel our management agreement without penalty.
